Step 3 - Provide additional documentation

Completed and signed Client Service Agreement

For private clients:

  • a copy of your signed and valid passport or
  • proof of residency such as a copy of (ANY one):
    • your drivers license
    • your social security card
    • a bank statement or utility bill issued in the last 6 months

For corporate clients:

  • certificate of incorporation
  • signed articles of association
  • list of authorised signatories
  • copies of passports belonging to:
    • authorised signatories to verify signatures

4. Speed up opening your account

For fast processing, send the completed Client Service Agreement together with the above-mentioned document to Halifax by either:
