Please note: The recommended link to use is the .NET package link. If the .NET package link does not install, please try using the .msi link. If that does not work, we suggest you try and download .NET 2.0 from this website here or call Halifax for technical support.

Please note: HalifaxOnline only works for Windows OS, and does not work on Mac OS. For Mac users, you will need to download an emulator of Windows on the Mac.

Using the desktop version also allows you to only use one account on a computer, unless you import/export the security key for the different accounts. To find out how this can be done, please view our Technical Issues section under Keys and Connections.

Also, for those who may be away from their home/work computer, you can use the browser based version on any computer at any time. For those who want to use the browser-based version, click here.
