Deposit

We offer 3 ways for you to get your account funded. There are no fees for making a deposit. The methods of deposit are:

1. Deposit at bank
2. Electronic transfer
3. Cheque

Deposit Tips

• Always reference the deposit. Normal reference number is just your trading account number along with your name.
• Halifax requires a minimum initial deposit of USD 2,000 to open an account.
• Please allow up to 1-3 business days before your funds are credited into the account.
• If you are having problems with a deposit, then please send an email to deposits@halifaxonline.com.au stating the issue.

Withdrawal

To withdraw money from your account, please download and fill out the Withdrawal Form and send this to redemptions@halifaxonline.com.au or fax this is +61 2 9241 4331.

You are free to withdraw any funds you deposit, at any time. For further enquiries, you can contact us on 1300 363 505 and press "5" on the prompts.
